Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation | Training

Attorney qualifications to become a Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator include:

• Florida Supreme Court Civil Circuit Certified;
• Proof of Training to Mediate Foreclosure Cases;
• Participate in an interview before a 3 person Selection Committee consisting the Second Judicial Circuit's Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services, a representative from the Program Manager (Tallahassee Bar Association, Inc.), and a representative of the Legal Aid Foundation, Inc.
