In compliance with Supreme Court Administrative Order 09-54, Second Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Charles A. Francis has signed Administrative Order 10-05 ordering mediation for qualified residential mortgage foreclosure cases effective June 1, 2010.
The Tallahassee Bar Association is the Program Manager appointed to administer the functions of this program. Please contact the RMFM Program Manager at (850) 656-1687, with questions regarding this program.
