Lawyer Referral

The Tallahassee Bar's Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) is designed to serve the public's need for assistance in locating qualified attorneys in specific areas of law.

To be eligible for membership in the LRS, an attorney must be a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and have proper liability insurance coverage.

The annual membership fee for the LRS is $125. This fee includes the choice of placement under 3 legal categories from which the LRS member will receive referrals. Members may add their name to additional categories for an annual fee of $15. For attorneys that have practiced five years or less, the fee is only $50 for the first year.
