The Legal Aid Foundation

Mission: The Legal Aid Foundation provides free legal assistance to residents of Leon County, with a civil case, who cannot afford an attorney.

The Legal Aid Foundation is a private, non-profit organization that utilizes volunteer attorneys, both private and governmental. The majority of the attorneys who serve through Legal Aid are members of the Tallahassee Bar Association (TBA). All of the voluntary attorneys are members of the Florida Bar.

The Legal Aid office is open from 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9 am - 2 pm on Friday. For more information, call 850.222.3292 X: 2
